Amazon introduced their Fire Phone today at a press event held in Seattle.  This will be the first smartphone for the online shopping giant, measuring in at 4.7 inch Gorilla Glass screen with HD resolution.  They’ve included a 13 mega pixel camera and packed in a quad-core 2.2 GHz processor and 2 GB of RAM.  You also get unlimited cloud storage space for free.  Yes, FREE.  A battery life of 285 hours on standby, 22 hours of talk, 65 hours of music, and  11 hours of video.  Only available through AT&T network for $199 for 32 GB or $299 for $64 GB, without a contract the Fire Phone will cost you $649 for 32 GB and $749 for 64 GB.  You can pre-order here now. They jammed it full of alluring features like second screen functionality, dual stereo speakers, and even a 3D interface.  The Fire Phone is running on Fire OS 3.5 which is an Android operating system that was made specifically for Amazon.   So if you’re interested, pre-order today to claim an offer for a free year of Prime and Amazon will begin shipping on July 25th.
