Ever have to Google a “How-To”? or search for a tutorial on YouTube?  Well, Google is taking that one step further.  They launched Google Helpouts; they are live video tutorials with Google’s initial 1,000 launch partners.  Just go to the Google Helpouts page and either enter what you need help with in the search box, or you can browse through the different categories offered.  Each search will deliver a list of partners who can help you.  All partners have been reviewed and verified by Google.  You are able to base your decision on who to choose by looking at their ratings and feedback from other users.  Once you pick your desired partner, you will be assisted through a live video feed which can be accessed on your desktop or Android mobile device with the use of the new app.  Once the tutorial is over, you will have to pay with your Google Wallet account and the price depends on a flat fee or per minute rate which will be decided before your call begins.  Users will need a Google+ account as well in order to use this service.
